Warren Swigart, formerly known as Maple Village, is another of the scenic par 3 courses owned and managed by the city.
The course is flat and straightforward, except for a couple of holes lying on a mild slope. The greens are well-kept and smooth.
Linden trees line most of the fairways and add to the scenery. As with the other city courses, juniors and seniors are entitled to special rates. Warren Swigart is an excellent place for teaching children to play and for beginners.

Directions from I-80:Take I-80 to I-680 in Omaha. Go north about 4.3 miles to the Maple St. Exit. Exit east on Maple St. and go .3 miles to Maplewood Blvd. Turn left and go .4 miles to Parkview Dr. Turn left and go .3 miles to the entrance on your right.
