Benson Park is a scenic city course.
It lays out on a hill and surrounding lowland. The hilltop clubhouse overlooks the rolling wooded hills of northwest Omaha. Seven holes traverse the hill.
The course has numerous large fairway and greenside bunkers that make you think about your shot selection. A creek and a variety of full grown trees increase the challenge of the layout.
The 10th through 14th holes are as pretty as any series in the state. Bunkered, tree lined, and creek strewn, they look like a coastal Carolina golf scape.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 446 (I-680). Go north on I-680 about 5.7 miles to the Fort St. exit. Go east on Fort St. 1.7 miles to Military Ave. Turn right on Military Ave. and go 1 mile to 72nd St. Turn left on 72nd St. and go .6 miles to the entrance.
