Country Shadows is a wonderful executive course that completes the golf menu in Columbus.
The layout winds through a housing development.
It will test your short game plenty with several pitch and putt holes, some true par 3's, and two short par 4's.
The large greens are welcoming, but watch out for the two large ponds.
Country Shadows is a fun place with friendly management.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 257 (Elm Creek). Go north 75 miles on Hwy 183 to Hwy 91. Turn right and go 12 miles east on Hwy 91 to Hwy 96 on the west edge of Burwell (you will see a Calamus State Recreation Area sign). Turn left and go north 5 miles to the entrance and watch for large white Calamus Golf sign on the cemetery hill.
