Arapahoe Golf Club is a rolling layout that implements prairie grass, trees, swales, raised greens, and a dry creek to fend off low scores.

Its redemption for the high handicapper is the seeded, mowed down rough that offsets the threat presented by patches of knee deep prairie grass.

The dogleg 2nd hole is a short and scenic par 5. It has trees down the right side and prairie grass atop a slope that runs along the left side.

Concrete paths and trees have been recently added to enhance an already complete layout.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 237 (Lexington). Go south about 35 miles on Hwy 283 to the Hwy 6/34 junction in Arapahoe. From the junction, continue south 3.95 miles on Hwy 283 to the entrance on your right
